Fall 2009 Accommodation
In general, the cost of housing in Ísafjörður is about 30-40% less than housing cost in the Reykjavík area. The University Centre of the Westfjords has already secured a variety of accommodation for students. This ranges from single rooms to larger family flats. Most of the accommodation listed below is fully furnished but other options will be available also.
The staff of the University Centre will take pains to help find the best options for each student, taking each family's circumstances into consideration. Students that are interested in sharing a flat with other students, should contact the staff members of the University Centre.
